Empowering Infants, Kids & Teens to Move Confidently

Every child deserves the chance to move through the world with strength, coordination, and confidence. At Infinity & Beyond Pediatric Therapy, we offer pediatric physical therapy services designed to help children and teens overcome physical challenges and gain the independence they need to thrive.

Whether your child is just beginning to walk, wants to be able to play with their friends, or is looking to improve their athletic ability, we’re here to support their growth with personalized, evidence-based care.

What Is Pediatric Physical Therapy?

What Is Pediatric Physical Therapy?

Pediatric physical therapy helps children and teens improve their movement, strength, balance, and coordination so they can participate fully in everyday activities. Physical therapists work with children who are experiencing delays in motor development, recovering from injury, or managing a medical condition that affects mobility.

Our goal is to empower your child to move confidently through all stages of growth and development and it is the key to unlocking their independence and ability to explore the world around them.

Our therapy sessions are play-based and adapted to each child’s interests and abilities, so kids stay engaged while working on meaningful skills that promote their long-term growth.

Signs That Your Child or Teen May Need Physical Therapy

If you’ve noticed your child struggling with movement or physical development, physical therapy can help. Here are some common signs and conditions that indicate a need for an evaluation from our expert physical therapists:

  • Delayed rolling, crawling, standing, or walking
  • Frequent tripping, clumsiness, or poor coordination
  • Torticollis (tight neck muscles or head tilting)
  • Muscle weakness or low muscle tone
  • Difficulty with stairs, jumping, or running
  • Balance or posture concerns
  • Recovery from injury or surgery
  • Difficulty keeping up with peers during physical play
  • Diagnosed conditions affecting movement, such as cerebral palsy

Our Approach to Pediatric Physical Therapy

At Infinity & Beyond, we believe that therapy should be as joyful as it is effective. Our physical therapists use evidence-based techniques to help each child reach their goals. These techniques include:

Total Motion Release

TMR is a gentle but powerful approach that helps restore balance and alignment in the body. Rather than focusing only on the area of concern, TMR looks at the whole body to identify imbalances that may be affecting movement. This technique is effective for improving range of motion, reducing discomfort, and enhancing overall coordination.

Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI)

DMI is designed for children with motor delays and neurological challenges. Through a series of precise, structured exercises, DMI helps stimulate development and build foundational motor skills. It encourages new movement patterns and helps children achieve their developmental milestones.

In addition to these methods, we use individualized strength-building activities and fun, movement-based games to keep kids motivated and progressing. We also partner closely with parents by offering home strategies to extend the benefits of therapy beyond the clinic.
